Their aim is to provide affordable access to vital information which may help identify undiscovered vascular diseases and other life threatening conditions including: stroke, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) and Perirheral Arterial Disease (PAD).

Homeowners only pay for the materials, not labor. Offers Meals on Wheels program which delivers hot noontime meals on weekdays to homebound seniors and/or those unable to cook for themselves.
