Offers comprehensive care to women of all ages. Services include obstetrics and gynecology, substance use and addiction treatment, maternity care, nutritional needs, joint replacement, and treatment for heart disease, breast abnormalities, diabetes, lymphadema, osteoporosis, and urinary incontinence.

A statewide, comprehensive cancer screening program providing breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screening for eligible uninsured and under-insured women and men. Helps patients navigate through the screening and/or diagnostic process and assists in finding health care providers for services. Can also provide education and assistance in finding insurance through the New York State of Health Marketplace. Provides access to the Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program (MCTP) to pay for treatment for patients who do not have insurance and are diagnosed with breast, cervical, colorectal, or prostate cancer. Additional assistance can be provided for diagnostic services and any cancer related treatment such as gas cards, wigs, supplies, etc. This is a grant funded NYSDOH program. The CSP funds community-based partnerships to coordinate screening services in every county and borough in NYS.

Walk-ins welcome most days until 3PM. Same day, next day appointments - phone and video visits are also available.
