Provides New York State licensed assessment program for 18 boys and girls (5-15 yrs). It provides up to 90 days of comprehensive inpatient diagnostic testing and evaluations in a structured, therapeutic setting.

* Provides resources and education by community health nurses to pregnant women, postpartum women, and pediatric patients that offer: Medical monitoring. Health education. Pre-and post-natal care. Case management for high-risk pregnancies. * Offers an immunization clinic. * Provides screening for lead poison. * Offers the Pediatric Home Visit Program for children with acute/chronic health needs. * Offers the Early Intervention Program for children with disabilities or delayed development. * Offers the Infant Child Health Assessment Program/CHAP that provides screenings for physical, social and language development.

Starting with the individual's strengths and interests and emphasizing personal choice, The Arc Otsego offers comprehensive network of community-based programs and services that encourage individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Provides a variety of individualized services to children (3-5yrs).
