Assisst with medicaid service coordination, obtaining respite services, skill training assistance, environmental modifications, adaptive technologies and guardianship.

Provides a variety of individualized services to children (3-5yrs). Conducts evaluations in all developmental areas, including: child development, Attention Deficit Disorder, Autism, Developmental Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida and other physical handicaps. Also provides educational advocacy for children of all ages.

*Provides pediatric services including: Prenatal visits Routine well-child visits Immunizations Same-day acute visits for sick children Developmental screenings Care management (supportive services) Monitoring of chronic conditions Emotional and behavioral wellnessOn-site pharmacy services (Offering over-the-counter medications, free delivery to your home, or you can pick up your child's prescription when you come for your appointment)

* Serves as the entry point to Golisano Autism Center services.* Provides assessment of potential service needs by a family navigator.* Connects families to the appropriate resources both within the Golisano Autism Center family of providers as well as the greater Rochester area.

Provides linkage to information and community resources on child development and parenting, personalized connections to local services, and creates partnerships with human service agencies, educators, and health care professionals.

* Offers comprehensive health care for children from birth through age 21 including: Well child care. Immunizations. Illness visits. Developmental, vision and hearing screenings. School, sports and college physicals. Nutritional consultations. ADD, ADHD and behavioral screenings. Support for breastfeeding mothers. Case management.

Operates Article 16 Diagnostic/Treatment Center providing assessment, evaluations and treatment, and family support services through staff of physical and occupational therapists, speech pathologists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and medical consultants.

* Provides comprehensive developmental checks with referrals and follow-ups if needed. Screenings include: Vision Hearing Speech Dental Social and emotional competence Cognitive functioning Physical development Social determinants of health/education (including ACEs and Protective Factors)
