Staffed by volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and physical therapists. Offers physical examinations for daycare/school/college. Offers medication access through pharmacy assistance programs and the Poverello Dispensary of Hope Pharmacy for low-income patients.

Wednesday Clinic 5 pm - 7 pm Appointments encouraged, but walk ins welcome.

Allergies. Gynecologic and genitourinary problems. Asthma. Headaches. Backaches, back pain. Minor eye problems. Bronchitis. Nose bleeds. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Pneumonia. Cold and flu symptoms. Sore throats. Congestive heart failure (CHF). Urinary tract infections (UTI). Dehydration. Vomiting. Diarrhea.* Provides physicals for school, sports and camps.* Provides pre-occupational health screenings including PPD, physicals and drug screenings.* Provides X-ray services on site.

• Provides treatment of a variety of medical conditions in both adults and children including routine physical exams, follow up care, sick and well child care, EKG's, hearing testing and laboratory testing services. Pre-employment physicals and follow up care to work related injuries.
