Services include pre-health maintenance, rapid HIV test (15 minutes), tuberculosis testing, complete lab services, GYN services, social work services, short-term counseling, full dental care, personalized education about chronic illnesses, and smoking cessation. Family Planning Benefit Program is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals who need family planning services, with no premiums or co-pays for services.
