The Nutrition Education and Counseling Program provides a registered dietician who does nutritional education at all congregate meal sites, as well as one-on-one counseling if needed by clients.
Anyone interested in learning practical information about healthy eating can participate in our nutrition education classes. This includes families with children, day care providers, youth groups, seniors, teens, and adults. Our classes include the hands-on creation of a healthy recipe that participants can then taste.
