Provides education and support in areas of disease and injury prevention. Areas may include nutrition, dental health in children, STDs, worksite wellness, HIV/AIDS, cancer screening and education, teen pregnancy, family planning, lead poisoning prevention, physical activity, communicable and chronic diseases, rabies control, tobacco use prevention and cessation, and car seat safety.

Provides educational programs to the public (schools, churches, civic groups, organizations, work sites) on a variety of health topics such as playground, sun, and traffic safety, poison control, and emergency preparedness.
Offers a six week Healthy Living Workshop for individuals living with, or caring for someone with, a chronic disease.

Provides access and advocacy to eligible health and human services to farmworkers and their families in Jefferson, Lewis, Onondaga, and Oswego counties.

* Provides dental hygiene services and education that includes: Cleaning of teeth. Personal oral self care instruction. Fluoride therapy. Periodontal and dental charting. Nutritional counseling for oral health. Dental x-rays. Sealants.
