* Provides primary health care services: Adult medicine. Specialty care services, including, but not limited to cardiology, endocrinology, sexual health, dermatology, orthopedics, and ophthalmology. Physical therapy, chiropractic. Laboratory diagnostic testing (samples sent out). Women's medicine (Gynecology). Physical exams and work physicals. * Offers outpatient mental health care: Individual, family, and group counseling. Services provided by volunteer professional health care/mental health providers. Medication evaluations. * Offers health insurance eligibility assessment and enrollment. * Provides hygiene products on a first-come, first-served basis on Fridays- based upon availability.
