A public health insurance application assistance program for people who are aged, blind or disabled. We educate and assist New Yorkers with enrolling in and using public health insurance programs. Facilitated Enrollment consists of private, one-on-one counseling about Medicaid and the Medicare Savings Program. We can meet with people at our offices, various public locations, by phone or at a client's home if they are unable to travel. Our service areas include Chenango, Cortland, Delaware and Otsego counties.
