Program is for children birth to 21 years of age who have a serious or chronic physical condition and who require health and related services of a type or amount beyond that typically required by children. Assists families in paying for medical expenses and insurance co-pays.

Provides assistance to individuals in WNY who have been diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). Grants could cover any expense associated with the disease that is not covered through another means. Families receiving the assistance will be encouraged to donate all usable equipment and other items after they are no longer needed. Organizations such as the MDA's Loan Closet will make the equipment available to other families in need.

Utilizes grants and donations to assist families by paying for medical supplies, equipment and other support services not funded by other means

* Offers individualized services to persons who are disabled such as: Homemaker basic skills training for caregiver. Parent support group. Companionship and respite services. Family crisis program. Transportation to and from recreation events. Children's day camp, games, sports, supervised exercise. After school wellness program - for school-age children who have high medical or behavioral challenges. Financial Reimbursement for families to assist with costs of caring for a family member with a developmental disability. Behavior Management Services - providers will assess behavior, make referrals and develop a support plan to assist families to manage challenging behaviors in the home.

Assists families with the cost of respite care and items related to the individual's disability.

* Provides support to people with disabilities and their families in Seneca and Cayuga counties. Benefit management assistance. Legal and educational advocacy. Crisis assistance. Individual habilitation services. Family reimbursement. Parent support. Guardianship information. Respite assistance. Summer camp and recreation for adults and children. Transportation to doctor's appointments and planned shopping can be provided.

* Provides programs and services for people with intellectual and/or other developmentally disabilities and their families. Programs and services include: ArcWorks manufacturing and subcontracting business Job Path- Job placement, training, and ongoing support for persons ready to work in the community Community Pre-vocational programs ArcDeli cafeteria and catering Day Habilitation Programs- site based and without walls Resources for community inclusion Self-Advocacy Certified Residential services Health Services Family Support Services Guardianship RecreationResidential housing servicesPediatric Developmental AssessmentMedical Equipment Expense AssistanceCaregiver Training
