* Offers individualized services to persons who are disabled such as: Homemaker basic skills training for caregiver. Parent support group. Companionship and respite services. Family crisis program. Transportation to and from recreation events. Children's day camp, games, sports, supervised exercise. After school wellness program - for school-age children who have high medical or behavioral challenges. Financial Reimbursement for families to assist with costs of caring for a family member with a developmental disability. Behavior Management Services - providers will assess behavior, make referrals and develop a support plan to assist families to manage challenging behaviors in the home.

Billy Mead ALS Assistance Fund - NCCF
Provides assistance to individuals in WNY who have been diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). Grants could cover any expense associated with the disease that is not covered through another means. Families receiving the assistance will be encouraged to donate all usable equipment and other items after they are no longer needed. Organizations such as the MDA's Loan Closet will make the equipment available to other families in need.
