Offers housing and supportive services for up to 10 pregnant and/or parenting young women and their children. Emphasis is placed on preparing the girls for the challenges of working and parenting.

Provides pregnancy testing and counseling, including the various options of for those unsure about their pregnancy. Also offers infertility services, including referrals to more specialized care.

Offers assistance in ensuring healthy pregnancies and child birth including Medicaid and WIC enrollment , prenatal health education: nutrition, labor and delivery, confidential HIV counseling, advocacy and assistance in eliminating social barriers to healthy pregnancies (transportation, housing and other issues), childbirth classes, and referrals to other services within the community.

Provides pregnancy testing, ultrasound, vitamin supplements, nutritional evaluation, regular medical check-ups, counseling, baby care instruction, childbirth classes, and other services for low-income mothers-to-be who may not be able to afford good prenatal care. Also, provide postpartum pregnancy care services.

Birthright offers support, help, and education to girls and women who think they may be or are pregnant. Birthright offers free anonymous self administered pregnancy tests, referral to doctors for prenatal care, maternity clothes, infant layettes, information on adoption, and support through pregnancy and birth of the baby.

Provide home visiting services, virtual workshop to women ages 15-44 years old from preconception/inter-conception /pregnancy. This program service Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Greenburgh, and Yonkers. *Note: this program is temporarily unavailable for home visits; however they are offering services virtual ONLY due to COVID. In a workshop format, this program offers month-to-month topics on preconception/pregnancy/inter-conception.

Affordable birth control services for women and men. Offers medical, counseling, and educational services, pregnancy testing, preventative health screening, birth control information, and supplies. Sexually transmitted disease treatment and testing available for males and females. Confidential HIV testing, counseling, and referrals offered. Emergency contraceptive pill available. Also offers educational programs in human sexuality and parenthood. The Family Planning Benefits Program (FPBP) is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals and families who need family planning services. It requires no premiums or co-pays for services. Kaleida Health Family Planning Program is intended to increase access to confidential family planning services and to enable individuals of any age and sex to prevent or reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancies. Teenagers can be seen without parental consent, though they are encouraged to talk to their parents about their decision to use a birth control method.

Six local medical centers in Binghamton, Cortland, Norwich, Oneonta, Sidney, and Walton are open for annual exams, well visits, UTIs, STI testing and treatment, birth control, HIV testing and treatment, including pre-exposure prophylaxis (PREP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and rapid initiation of antiretroviral medication, and more. Walk-ins welcome most days until 3PM. Same day, next day appointments - phone and video visits are also available.
