The Family Planning Benefits Program (FPBP) is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals and families who need family planning services. Kaleida Health Family Planning Program is intended to increase access to confidential family planning services and to enable individuals of any age and sex to prevent or reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancies.
