Center also supports the Regional Perinatal Center of WNY, and the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Western New York that has the full scope of pediatric subspecialists required to operate a Level III NICU. Each center or program is comprised of an interdisciplinary team of specialists specifically selected to meet patients' needs. Services are family focused and provided in conjunction with pediatricians and community resources. Clinics offered include: Motor Clinic, Spina Bifida Clinic, Spasticity Clinic, Early Neurodevelopmental Clinic, Comprehensive Developmental Clinic, Feeding Disorders Clinic, Down Syndrome Program, Speech and Hearing Program, Orthopedic Rehabilitation Program, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Adaptive Seating Program and Aquatic Therapy.

Maternity Center provides prenatal programs, baby care and safety courses, intensive care for premature newborns and those with health problems, full range of prenatal testing, classes in childbirth, Lamaze and breast feeding. The Center has its own entry and parking lot. An orientation for expectant parents is held every Saturday at 9am; call for reservations as space is limited.
