The population of these facilities range in age and profound to moderate in functioning level. Both males and females. Facilities throughout New York City and Long Island.

Offers a full service nursing care facility for the elderly. Additional services include Rehabilitation Services, Social Work Services including discharge planning, and specialized activities. A nursing and respiratory unit for specialized low staff-to-resident ratio care.
