PRESCHOOL PROGRAM - SOUTHAMPTON | SOUTHAMPTON SITE

Provides therapeutic preschool, nursery school, and therapeutic services to children ages 2.5 to 5 years. Children with diagnosed disabilities and developmental delays are educated with typically developing nursery school peers. Provides evaluation and services in the areas of special education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, music therapy, vision therapy, counseling, social work services and psychological services. Consent for evaluation required through school district of residence. Infants and toddlers from birth to 3 years receive in-home evaluations. If eligible, services are provided in natural environments (home/community/day care facilities) through the Early Intervention Program as authorized by Suffolk County Division of Services for Children with Special Needs.

Provides an Early Intervention(EI) and Committee on Preschool Special Education(CPSE) related services for children ages 0-5 who have developmental delays in areas including: communication, physical and motor, cognitive, social and emotional, and adaptive skills. Performs evaluations in all areas including diagnosing autism spectrum disorder. Offers individual treatment plans including: speech and language therapy including PROMPT physical and occupational therapy, special education, feeding therapy, nutritional and parent counseling, sensory integration training, play therapy, applied behavioral analysis (ABA), and education of the visually and hearing impaired. Offers bilingual services and evaluations, Mommy and Me groups, parent support groups, family training and transition counseling. School aged services through the Committee on Special Education (CSE) provided as indicated on the children's IEP. Trainings and workshops provided to schools, daycare and parent groups. EARLY CHILDHOOD THERAPY SERVICES | ROOM TO BLOOM THERAPY SERVICES LLC

* Provides special education, speech, occupational, and physical therapy to children with challenges spanning a variety of developmental delays, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. * Provides service coordination for Early Intervention families. * Provides seasoned evaluators who interact with families and their child to determine any delays, and suggest types of intervention including Early Intervention Program or NYS Education Preschool Services if applicable.* Offers a 2-hour Sensory Sync UP class. Varied sensory experiences. Services can be provided during the 2-hour class time based on the child's needs. Class is instructed by a special education teacher, and with the help of a teacher assistant to a class of no more than 6 children.
