Works to minimize the effects of lead on the learning and behavior of preschool children diagnosed with elevated lead levels (lead poisoning) in Western New York. LEAD716 teachers work one on one with children on fun learning activities that engage the child and stimulate brain development in an effort to mitigate the damaging effects of lead and help ensure the children are prepared for success in kindergarten and beyond.

Provides a variety of services in home and community based settings to assist with improving the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families via OPWDD and OMH. Supports include respite, community habilitation, recreation, after school programming, summer programming, broker services, early intervention services, children's mental health services, intensive parent training, children's health homes, and employment services.

Provides comprehensive rehabilitation services consisting of diagnostic, evaluative, and therapeutic services to children with known or suspected disabilities. Center also supports the Regional Perinatal Center of WNY, and the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Western New York that has the full scope of pediatric subspecialists required to operate a Level III NICU. Each center or program is comprised of an interdisciplinary team of specialists specifically selected to meet patients' needs. Services are family focused and provided in conjunction with pediatricians and community resources. Offers a program that is a referral and resource-based initiative aimed at providing support and information to children, youth, and families aged 0-21. CYSHCN aims to empower families in facing the challenges of caring for a child with special health care needs by facilitating access to educational services, disability resources, physician contacts, recreational information, and community resources, among others. The CYSHCN program primarily serves children and youth with chronic illnesses or conditions that require extra health care and support services.
