Trained, experienced parents of children with disabilities in provide initial and ongoing early intervention service coordination. Other services include professional diagnostic evaluations of children with developmental delays, and audiology services, and helping parents manage the care needs of their child.

Teaching in the natural environment focuses on sensory and language rich activities, adaptive living skills, and social skill development, as well as building attention and pre-readiness skills. For young children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, the Center for Spectrum Services can design home programs employing a verbal behavior approach following the principles of applied behavioral analysis. Each child's program is individually designed to meet their unique learning style and level of family participation.

Early Intervention evaluates children from birth through 2 years of age for developmental delays. If eligible for services, the Early Intervention program provides speech, occupational, and physical therapy, nutrition, social work and other services as appropriate.
