Au-some Evenings - Explore & More Children's Museum
Once a month, provides the opportunity for children with autism spectrum disorder and sensory processing disorder, along with their friends and family, to play and learn together in an understanding and supportive environment. Families have access to the museum space, play zones, and cafe. Featured activities include a music center, therapy dogs, art projects, and gross motor activities. Also provides a social narrative about the new museum and its play zones, quiet kits, and calming sensory friendly spaces in the museum. Explore & More is additionally Kulture City certified.

Multisensory Tours - Albright Knox Art Gallery
Multisensory Tours welcome adults who are blind or partially sighted to the museum. Tour themes change monthly and include in-depth verbal descriptions, touch materials, and other sensory activities. Weekday tours in the galleries are followed by a hands-on art-making experience in the classrooms.
