Short-term rehabilitation is for individuals who do not require the intensive rehabilitation therapy provided at an acute rehabilitation hospital. At-home rehabilitation services: Eddy Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) provides at-home services, including physical, occupational and speech therapies to help patients attain their highest level of functioning and independence.
