Also provides Applied Behavior Analysis Services (ABA) and Special Education Itinerant (SEIT) Services.

Offers on site Comprehensive Audiological Services: newborn hearing screening, diagnostic ABR/ASSR, VRA and behavioral audiometry, immitance testing, pediatric hearing aid fitting and programming/BAHA services, pediatric cochlear implant mapping, and device troubleshooting and repair. Offers Infant/Toddler and Preschool Educational Programming, including everyday listening strategies for the home; parent involvement based on auditory verbal principles; natural conversations as the basis of communication; weekly interaction with hearing peers; individualized speech and language therapy services; and integrated programs that include occupational therapy, physical therapy and other related services as needed. Provides infants and toddlers with hearing loss, communication disorders, and/or multiple disabilities a small class milieu, 2 to 3 days a week, in a Total Communication, Language Rich Environment (LRE). Instruction is language based, and information is presented by voice, sign, pictures, music, and/or using concrete objects. Infants and toddlers have the opportunity, as appropriate, to participate in "special" classes such as music and dance, plus weekly field trips into the community. Additionally, home visits are scheduled at least once a week with a NYS Certified Teacher of the Deaf to educate family members on communication and other interactive strategies to use at home. Sign language classes and other support services are available to families through the Parent Center.

Provides a 10-week course to learn American Sign Language, which meets once a week. Classes range from Beginner to Advanced and is designed to help participants learn vocabulary and sentence structure needed to communicate.

Mainstreamed hearing impaired students are eligible for this complete language oriented, academic support program in their home schools. Based upon individual need, certified teachers of the deaf provide intensive language development, auditory training, speech correction, lip reading and academic tutoring program as well as sign language, manual alphabet and lip reading. This service is coordinated with the curriculum thus, requiring close cooperation with the teacher in the home school.

Offers a dynamic facility where faculty, staff and students evaluate and treat communication disorders in infants, children and adults. The Speech Center offers both evaluation and treatment services in the areas of speech, language and hearing primarily by student clinicians from the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. The Center is staffed with licensed and experienced professionals, certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association who work closely with the student clinicians. Teachers of the Deaf provide academic, consultative and technical services to students who are deaf and hard-of-hearing. Teachers of the Deaf provide services for students from kindergarten to high school graduation in our component districts and in our special centers.

We provide a general otological examination to make sure that there is no medical reason that you should not receive hearing aids and will provide medical clearance for amplification. We also provide cerumen management and can help you to obtain other medical diagnostic procedures related to the diagnosis of your hearing loss when needed. ​Serves adults, children and infants.

Provides access to LI Jewish Medical Center, Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children's Medical Center of New York, Hillside Hospital and North Shore University Hospital, Manhasset for individuals who are deaf or deaf/blind who use the medical center. Services are also available for deaf family members involved in a patient's health care. Includes sign language interpreter access, TTY access, television captioning, hospital signage, staff education and sign language classes for hospital personnel
