Offers preschool special education services for children within Onondaga County. Children are integrated into classrooms with peers who are enrolled through Small Wonders Daycare so that they experience inclusion as a part of their programming. Short-term rehabilitation is for individuals who do not require the intensive rehabilitation therapy provided at an acute rehabilitation hospital. Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center and Eddy Alzheimer's Center at Hawthorne Ridge are the only medical model adult day services in the Capital Region designed specifically for older adults with memory loss who are still living in their own homes or in the community with caregivers. Adult Day Programs offer a full range of health and social services to help older adults with physical, emotional, or mental impairments, or who require supervision and/or medical care. Services enable older adults to remain independent for as long as possible, while allowing caregivers relief from the responsibilities of at-home care giving so they can fulfill work or other obligations. Transportation is provided in geographic area. Lunch and snacks are also provided for participants.

Provides home care with a variety of options from the most basic medical care and daily living needs to specialized medical care or rehabilitation through home nurses, home health aides, and personal care.

Provides home based/center based program for children from birth to 36 months who have an identified developmental disability, including speech delay, pervasive developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, and physical disabilities. Services includes speech/language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social work services, parent/child groups, family/caregiver support groups, parent training, family counseling, and on going service coordination. Provides various therapy services for those recovering from surgery, illness, or disability. The rehab staff utilizes the best exercise equipment available to improve movement, strength, endurance and function in order to assist patients back to their optimal level of activity.
