Medical case managers can assist with arranging appointments, managing HIV/AIDS entitlements, working with external medical providers, working with external social service agencies such as housing, food programs, and transportation. Medical Case Managers can also help explain HIV/AIDS to significant others, family and friends to help build natural systems of support.

The AIDS Program provides a wide range of services on a 24-hour basis to people with HIV infection and AIDS.
