Offers outpatient medical care, case management, psychiatric and psychological intervention and care, nutritional counseling, pastoral support, and assistance with connecting with community services. Also available is a mobile unit for those who are homebound.

Dental services provides full scope of dental to individuals with physical, developmental and psychiatric disabilities or complex medical conditions.

Offers a community dental care clinic to low income individuals and families who do not have dental insurance.

Comprehensive family dental services for individuals of all ages.

Provides primary medical care including dental care, lab services, women's health services, hospice care, diabetes screening and care, internal medicine and medical social work. Offers various wellness programs. Not all services are available through the clinics.

Provides full-service dental care for adults and children.

Offers dental services to children 18 years and under who may not have access to dental care. Services are for infants to teens, as well as pregnant women. The mobile clinic can travel around the county and often visit schools to offer dental care or education workshops to students.

Provides both standard and mobile dental services in a continuous fashion with full service mobile dental units perform all services aside from wisdom tooth extraction and implants - mostly institutional work. There are appointments available elsewhere within the community to Medicaid patients.Primarily assists corporations and community based organizations in effect to bridge the gap between affordability and accessibility in dental care.Individuals can call for information but service is primarily provided through organizations who want the people they work with to gain access to these services.Corporations, community based organizations, and their representatives are who primarily call for these services.
