Offers complete primary medical and dental care for entire family. Telehealth visits are now available in addition to face-to-face visits. Services include health maintenance, rapid HIV test (15 minutes), tuberculosis testing (by appointment), COVID-19 testing, complete lab services, on-site pharmacy, GYN services, social work services, short-term counseling, pediatrics, full dental care, rapid lead testing for children, personalized education for chronic illnesses, and smoking cessation. Family Planning Benefits Program is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals and families who need family planning services, with no premiums or co-pays for services. Provides essential medical and emergency dental services. Medical services include both general and employment-related physical examinations, while dental services include dental hygiene, extractions, fillings, and X-Rays. We do not do crowns, partials, dentures, or braces.

Provides primary health care and comprehensive dental care for all ages. Primary care includes back to school physicals, sick calls, annual physicals and wellness visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management. Dental care includes exams, cleanings and deep cleanings, fillings (composite and amalgam), teeth whitening, crowns/bridges, emergency care, dentures and partials, complicated extractions, and wisdom teeth removal.
