Description: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering pediatrics, internal medicine/family medicine, OB/GYN, pediatric and adult dental services, podiatry, social work, nutritional counseling, medications for opioid use disorder, vision care, and pharmacy with home delivery. Serves all populations with special focus on the medically under-insured, uninsured, and those experiencing homelessness. Also provides onsite lab, ultrasound, STD testing, COVID-19 testing and vaccines, health education/groups, blood pressure screening, and free walk-in pregnancy testing. Provides transportation assistance to help clients get to appointments and referral assistance. Participates in 340B drug discount program and has onsite enrollers for the New York State of Health insurance marketplace. Hospital affiliations: Sisters Hospital and the John R. Oishei Children's Hospital.

Services for developmentally disabled children include education, vision therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, assistive technology, adaptive equipment, wheelchair clinic, and outpatient clinic. Early Intervention provides evaluation as well as services in the home and at the Center for Learning. School Age Program provides services at the Center for Learning and community-based experiences. Summer Work Program gives students the opportunity to strengthen their skills and confidence while providing experience in the world of employment.

The Ithaca Lions Club and Ithaca Free Clinic have a partnership operate an optometry and optician program housed at the Ithaca Free Clinic located at 521 W. Seneca St. in Ithaca. The Ithaca Lions Eye Clinic will offer free eye care services to Ithaca and the greater Ithaca community. The clinic will operate one day each month, providing free eye care services to uninsured and underinsured community members. For uninsured and underinsured community members interested in scheduling a free eye care appointment, call the Ithaca Free Clinic at 607-330-1254 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Eye exams require an appointment, and exams will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Being a resident of Tompkins County is not required to use the free eye care services offered by the Ithaca Lions Eye Clinic.
