St. Mary's Family Health Centers offer an array of primary care and specialty care services at seven locations. From colds and the flu, to immunizations and regular check-ups, to women's health services and the concerns that come with getting older, the health center can take care of everyone's health care needs. Employing the latest medical techniques, the highly trained staff provides patients with comprehensive and advanced primary care including access to all of the hospital's services and facilities. If necessary, patients will be referred to a specialist for further diagnostic tests, treatments, observation or surgery.

Provides outpatient primary care specializing in family medicine and serving infants, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. A lab draw station is also on-site. Services are provided by a family practice physician, nurse practitioner, licensed practical nurse and support staff.

Provides access to a diverse group of physicians for primary care and family medicine, including family physicians, pediatricians, and geriatric specialists for senior care. Family Health Network's Cincinnatus Health Center provides comprehensive primary medical care services directly and by referral.Services offered by this Health Center include: family practice/general practice occupational health services 340B pharmacy services insurance enrollment

Also provides onsite lab, ultrasound, STD testing, COVID-19 testing and vaccines, health education/groups, blood pressure screening, and free walk-in pregnancy testing. Provides transportation assistance to help clients get to appointments and referral assistance.
