Group prenatal care/Center Pregnancy. Education and information about: Pregnancy. Nutrition. Labor and birth. Care of new baby. Birth control. Social work office information and referrals to connect with community resources. Support services offered: Social and behavioral health issues. Housing. Domestic violence and relationship issues. Parenting education. Medical care for the baby. A financial counselor is available to assist with establishing health insurance for the client and the baby.

• Provides individuals and families with outpatient medical services, including: Primary and preventive care. Pediatrics and family medicine. Dental care. Obstetric/gynecologic care. Geriatrics. Podiatry. Nutrition. Immunizations. Speech and hearing screening. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)/opioid addiction services. Short term mental health and addiction services. Optometry - vision and glaucoma testing, prescriptions for eyeglasses, diabetic eye screenings and more.

• Provides primary health care services: Adult medicine. Specialty care services, including, but not limited to cardiology, endocrinology, sexual health, dermatology, orthopedics, and ophthalmology. Physical therapy, chiropractic. Laboratory diagnostic testing (samples sent out). Women's medicine (Gynecology). Physical exams and work physicals. * Offers outpatient mental health care: Individual, family, and group counseling. Services provided by volunteer professional health care/mental health providers. Medication evaluations. * Offers health insurance eligibility assessment and enrollment. * Provides hygiene products on a first-come, first-served basis on Fridays- based upon availability.
