Offers transitioning students and adults with disabilities in finding and maintaining community-based employment. Services include career assessment, job finding, job placement, job coaching and ongoing services. Individual and group placement opportunities are available and are placed upon individual needs of structure, and supervision.

Provides assistance with resume writing, interview skills, and the career search. Resource room includes access to personal computers, fax machine, and internet access for job search. Offers a resource library contains books, videotapes, and other materials for use by job seekers.

Provides youth with referrals and services to meet their academic and employment needs. Services may include work experience, tutoring, life skills, counseling, career exploration, job readiness, and the opportunity to earn rewards for academic job performance.

Following initial assessment, person may attend one or more group workshops dealing with employment transition; job-search tools; career assessment; goal-setting; resume/letter writing; interview techniques; networking; retraining; and on-the-job training. Provides vocational/educational needs assessment, employment counseling, testing/assessment, referrals to community training/educational resources, liaison to community agencies, resume training, interviewing skills, coordination with other professionals at agency and outside of agency regarding client care, GED preparation, academic tutoring and mentoring, anger management, conflict resolution and workshop series.

Provides career counseling, government benefit application assistance, and guides for government benefits and the economics of recovery.

Provides reference, information and referral, reader's advisory, career counseling and a business resource information center. Offers GED, ESOL classes, defensive driving and a wide range of programs which may include book discussions, lunch and travel, performances and films, computer instruction and bus trips.

Offers a variety of opportunities for employment. Career Options provides job readiness, skill assessment, diagnostic vocational evaluation, résumé development, career counseling, job development, on the job training, and follow up services. The Vocational Centers offer job opportunities for individuals to develop and improve the skills necessary to meet their goals for employment. The Center focuses on soft skills development such as acceptance of supervision, following directions, attention to task, co-worker relationships, job completion and time management.

Serves people who have been displaced from their careers as unpaid homemakers. It offers services to help with the challenges people in these situations often face. Some people have trouble finding: Child care; Transportation; Housing; Basic necessities; Jobs; Others may face: Emotional challenges; Medical needs and Legal problems. Services include: Crisis intervention; Counseling; Referral to community service agencies; Assertiveness training; Decision-making training; Assessment; Resume writing; Job search strategies and Job clubs. Provides job readiness programs which allow unemployed individuals, including TANF and other public assistance recipients to find stable employment by helping find suitable employers, assistance with interview skills, assistance with resume construction, assistance with job applications, and client counseling referring to dress code and conduct. Will also help with specific expenses if work-related, such as car repairs, Insurance payment, work clothing costs, and licensing or course fees.

Provides career coaching services for parents/guardians. NOTE: This is a virtual service only.
