Case Manager assists individuals with mental health diagnosis or criminal record obtain and maintain employment. Additionally assists with building resumes, employer contacts, and guidance in the interview process.

Offers a jail transition program designed to help incarcerated youth ages 17 to 20 years make changes in their lives using a 12 step program model during a four week period. The goal of the program is to remove obstacles to training and employment for young people involved with the criminal justice system.

Provides emergency food, clothing, and transitional housing to homeless women and children in Nassau County. Provides support counseling, advocacy and networking with multiple agencies including assistance with entry/re-entry into the job market. Additional services include case management and crisis intervention. Seeks to educate and involve the community in a concerted effort to prevent homelessness.
