Case Manager assists individuals with mental health diagnosis or criminal record obtain and maintain employment. Additionally assists with building resumes, employer contacts, and guidance in the interview process.

Provides emergency food, clothing, and transitional housing to homeless women and children in Nassau County. Provides support counseling, advocacy and networking with multiple agencies including assistance with entry/re-entry into the job market. Additional services include case management and crisis intervention. Seeks to educate and involve the community in a concerted effort to prevent homelessness.
