Job Assist offers teens, ages 14-21, employment training and placement services. Job assist recruits employers and individuals who are looking to fill a variety of jobs and matches them with teens looking for employment.

As part of educational program, college students spend 8+ hrs/wk at DSS working on specific project or assignments in various divisions.

Green retail clothing boutique, open to the public, selling new and second-hand women's clothes at affordable prices.Facility for low-income women who are displaced homemakers or food stamp recipients enrolled in the retail training program to practice customer service skills and gain hands-on experience in retailing. Program teaches customer service, inventory management, Point of Sale software, marketing and small business operations.Clothing and monetary donations and volunteers welcome.
