Assists individuals ages 18 years and older who have a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness, with entering the workforce. Provides activities such as searching for employment, assist them with the hiring process, supports the individual during employment, connects with community resources for benefits advisement, intensive job coaching, or obtaining work attire. Staff coordinates employment concerns with clinical providers and employers to provide a continuity of care, and to optimize the probability of success.
