Provides assistance to individuals with psychiatric disabilities or developmental disabilities who are pursuing competitive employment. Services include resume development, job search, interview skills, on- and off-site job coaching, and ongoing support and advocacy to assist individuals in maintaining their employment.

Offers a full range of services and activities for adults and children including computer access, story programs for preschoolers, programs for seniors, and summer reading clubs for children and teens. Also provides computer and technology classes and one-on-one instruction. Hosts a Jobseekers Lifeline Series with workshops on topics of interest to job seekers and a support group for job hunters.

Provides services including assessment, job readiness training, work experience placements and case management to address barriers to employment with the goal of self-sufficiency for Temporary Assistance applicants and recipients.

Assists individuals ages 18 years and older who have a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness, with entering the workforce. Provides activities such as searching for employment, assist them with the hiring process, supports the individual during employment, connects with community resources for benefits advisement, intensive job coaching, or obtaining work attire. Staff coordinates employment concerns with clinical providers and employers to provide a continuity of care, and to optimize the probability of success.

The Immigrant Services Program (ISP) targets our services to assist immigrants, refugees, asylees, and new arrivals who are living in low-income households, have language and/or cultural barriers, and need assistance in accessing community resources. However, we do assist others as staff time is available. Direct services, case management, and referrals are provided to clients to help them gain self-sufficiency.Examples of our services include:. Following initial assessment, person may attend one or more group workshops dealing with employment transition; job-search tools; career assessment; goal-setting; resume/letter writing; interview techniques; networking; retraining; and on-the-job training. Personal computers, internet job search, and Workforce NY work stations also available to job-seekers.May also offer GED Classes once enrolled.

HATAS Pathways Project integrates housing and employment support services for 28 households with a history of homelessness and a disabling condition. The program includes rental subsidies, service planning, job-readiness training, employment placement assistance, case management, referrals to treatment, and other community services.

Provides assistance with resume building, interview skills, job searching, and managing a disability while working. Other services include job coaches that assist with learning soft skills that include, but are not limited to finding and maintaining employment, transportation, and social conduct in the workplace.

Assists clients with written or online employment applications and with job searches as well as resume writing and interview preparation.

Assists with skill assessments, job preparation including resume building, and interview coaching. Offers job training opportunities in the medical field, home care and other health related fields.
