Resource room includes access to personal computers, fax machine, and internet access for job search. Partners from various agencies provide basic information on a variety of services. NYS Department of Labor staff are available to assist with job search. Intensive services may include skill assessment, career counseling, and tuition assistance.

Provides the following services. Employment Readiness: Career counseling, career exploration, career advisement, resume preparation, interviewing assistance, online video interview assistance, and custom made workshops. Job Search Assistance: Access to computer labs, copy service, free mailing, current job listings, labor market information, job fairs, job clubs, and "Meet the Employers" on-site career fairs, where employers are on-site to recruit and interview job seekers. Career Advancement and Training Grants: Connected education, training programs, and support services that enable individuals to secure a job or advance in an in-demand industry or occupation.
