The Youth Services Program provides employment skills development which includes how to write a resume, prepare for an interview, time management and conflict resolution. This program also includes a job match service that provides information about jobs available in the local community and support services for the students and adults who care for (and about) them. This program is located at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake and Scotia-Glenville High Schools and the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Community Human Services building.

Provides one-stop career center. Services include information about job openings; local employers; resume and interview advice; information on training and educational programs.

Provides skill building and credentialing in order to help participants (18-21 yrs) obtain diploma/certificates, get a job, and strengthen the local workforce.

New York State Commission for the Blind's (NYSCB) Business Enterprise Program (BEP) offers opportunities for individuals who are blind to gain the training and skills necessary to manage one of several vending facilities located in Federal and state office buildings throughout the state. After completing an intensive training program, BEP managers become proficient in all aspects of retail management including purchasing products, controlling inventory, marketing products, maintaining good customer relations, and keeping accurate records.

Provides assistance and staff support for individuals to obtain, maintain, and/or advance in employment. Services provided include job development, career exploration, resume building, interview skill building, job searches, and job coaching.

A collaborative effort between the City of Peekskill, Westchester County, and Peekskill School District to provide at-risk youth with subsidized and unsubsidized paid summer work experience, unpaid community service experience, educational and social skills. Focuses on the goal of placing youth in unsubsidized employment while achieving academic success.

Serves the community youth by disseminating employment information to any appropriate agency or individual who may supply young people with employment opportunities. Offers preparation for employment program to help youth gather information and learn skills needed to begin making career choices.
