Offers summer employment opportunities for youth. They are able to work up to ten weeks throughout the summer, for 30 hours per week and earn minimum wage.

Encourages youth to establish a good work ethic through employment and workshops. Promotes punctuality, teamwork, how to follow rules and regulations, as well as respect of self, co-workers and supervisors. At- risk youth are selected between the ages of 14-18. Interviews are held in May and orientation in June. Employment is seven weeks, Monday-Friday. Worksites are established within the community at local churches, schools, agencies, parks and beaches. Workshops are given throughout the program in areas such as Banking, Job Attitudes, Career Goals, Job Interviewing and Resume Writing. Offers a ten week summer course for college students in the field of journalism. A letter from the college they are attending is required along with students transcript. Student must attend two to three days a week and at least one weekend between June and mid August. Applications for internships can be found on website. Call for further information.
