The Youth Services Program provides employment skills development which includes how to write a resume, prepare for an interview, time management and conflict resolution. This program also includes a job match service that provides information about jobs available in the local community and support services for the students and adults who care for (and about) them. This program is located at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake and Scotia-Glenville High Schools and the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Community Human Services building.

Delivers comprehensive youth employment, training, and placement services to in-school and out-of-school disadvantaged youth through a career program. Can help with obtaining driver license, interview clothing or work clothing.
