Offers an outpatient treatment-referral program designed to serve individuals between the ages of 12 and 35 who are at risk or who have been sexually exploited/human trafficked, at-risk of sexual exploitation/human trafficking, runaway or are homeless. Services provided include individual and family counseling, street outreach, GED classes, DSS advocacy, life skills education, housing assistance, and education and job placement and are tailored to meet all the needs of each individual utilizing services.

Services include computer training, tutoring and job placement. The objectives are to promote self-esteem, teamwork, leadership and professionalism.
The Workforce Connections Program assists income-eligible individuals who have at least one minor child, in securing and retaining employment through one-on-one case management. This program offers a wide arrange of soft-skills training workshops and family-oriented activities to assist and empower individuals to reach their full potential. Supportive services are tailored to meet individual need, including effective job searching, resume preparation, interview skills, HSE classes, goal setting, and budgeting to name a few.
Recruits and assesses low income, TANF eligible teenage students, with a strategy which includes academic support services, job readiness skills, conflict resolution training, and individual and group counseling to help them succeed in various ways.
