Activities are crafted for success and achievement, require full participation and promote improved decision making, problem solving, and communication skills. The program's goal is to work with young people who are struggling to overcome difficult situations, and guide them toward higher education and purposeful employment. Participants attend one of the three, 3-week summer sessions and then attend weekend activities at camp during the school year. Teen's families also participate in the program, during weekends in the spring and fall. Activities include camping, canoeing, high ropes, peer group counseling, learning basic work skills, and local community service projects.
