Provides diagnostic vocational evaluation, prevocational services and sheltered vocational training in work centers leading to comparative employment in the community. Program activities operate under the guidelines established by the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Department of Labor. Employment Services model utilizes an employment developer to assist with job placement and a job-coach who provides support to the people in the form of job-site training, on-going assessment and follow-along for as long as necessary in order for the people to maintain employment.

Affirmative Businesses, also known as social enterprises, are community-integrated businesses operated by RSS where client worker-trainees are matched closely with jobs according to their skills and preferences. They are paid at least minimum wage and receive considerable on-site support and accommodations. These positions can be either transitional or long-term.

Provides career guidance, evaluation, preparation and multiple employment services to people with disabilities or those that are economically disadvantaged, through supported employment, industrial work centers, school-to-work career development, and janitorial training.
