Provides health and medical care for more than 18,500 dogs, cats, birds and other small mammals each year, including: primary care: physical exams, vaccinations, treatment of minor illnesses, by veterinary students, supervised by faculty veterinarians and assisted by veterinary technicians, during scheduled appointments specialty services: anesthesia, behavioral problems, cardiology, tooth and mouth problems, imaging, skin diseases, internal medicine, neurology, nutrition, oncology, pain management, ophthalmology, orthopedics. emergency critical careJanet L. Swanson Wildlife Health Center: comprehensive medical and surgical care for sick, injured or impaired native wild animals, Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm. For wild animals needing care, call 607-253-3060 and follow the prompts to the Wildlife Center for guidance.
