The Wilkinson Adult Day Health Center is a community-based long term care program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Clients are provided with the medical and social services they need to remain home and part of the community. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the health care needs of chronically ill, frail elderly, and disabled adults who require certain primary, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative or palliative services.

Provides day care services for elderly and disabled adults.
Provides an adult day program with social activities and day respite services geared for care givers of those diagnosed with Alzheimer's or Dementia.
Provides a day program for adults who need supervision for a few hours a day. Services include two meals, snacks, planned activities, social interaction, and medication management.
Offers seniors with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and other secondary diagnoses such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, and traumatic brain injury an opportunity to spend time with others in a creative and social atmosphere. Activities are person-centered and paced to meet the needs of seniors. The staff is trained in identifying and addressing the changing needs of this population and assists participants in maintaining daily living skills and exercise, along with memory maintenance through trivia, reminiscing, community outreach, music, and art activities. The program's goal is to provide a retirement atmosphere while encouraging participants to stay fit and active while achieving their goals and aspirations.

A program that provides supplementary nutrition in the form of healthy meals and snacks for preschool and school-age children and adults receiving day care. Licensed child care centers, Head Start programs, family day care homes, adult day care centers and homeless shelters serving families are eligible to participate and are reimbursed for a portion of the meals served.
