Medical Adult Day Health Care Program that services people who are visually impaired and medically compromised. Meals provided. Transportation is arranged. Provides case management, both medical and social for participants. Clinical services available to participants may include: audiology (referral basis), referral to dentist and podiatry, RNs on staff, and registered dietician. Occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech language pathology are provided. Social worker on staff. Vision rehabilitation and training provided.
