MEDICALERT-SAFE RETURN PROGRAM | ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - ROCKLAND REGIONAL OFFICE

Program assists in locating registered people who are memory impaired and reuniting them with their families and caregivers. All pertinent information is stored in a central registry. In addition, registered members receive an identification bracelet, including an identification code and a 24-hour toll free telephone number, iron-on clothing labels, and two identification cards one for the caregiver and one for the member.
