Provides Thanksgiving turkey baskets (no longer available for 2025), Christmas meal baskets (sign ups end November 21st, 2025), and Christmas toys during the holiday season for low-income residents. Gifts will be included with baskets for eligible families with children.

Operates and oversees a takeout ready to eat community kitchen and provides an emergency food pantry and mobile food pantry. Other services include food recovery, food redistribution, community gardens, and seedling provision. All donations can be left outside the pantry door in the container provided, during Mass times, or dropped off at the Outreach office during Outreach hours, which is located in the white cottage in the large church parking lot. Provides food for those in emergency situations; not intended to be a weekly supplement to existing food programs being utilized.

Offers a package of non-perishable food, once a month to low income individuals and families in the community. Also distributes turkeys for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Accepts donations of non-perishable and holiday foods.

Provides an opportunity for individuals and organizations to give back by "adopting" a child or family and purchasing toys or clothing items for the holidays. Low-income families in need must apply to be recipients of this program.

A food pantry and soup kitchen that provides food and pet food to people in need. Located at Phoenicia Methodist Church on Church Street.

Provides hospitals and child-care facilities with therapeutic and recreational equipment, supports families with financial assistance to defray medical expenses, offers sick and needy children toys through the holiday season. Also fulfills patients wish lists throughout the year and assists sick and needy children in any capacity possible.

Organizes and distributes donated gifts and food to the needy families in the community for the holidays. Donations of new toys and clothes and household goods (towels, sheets, etc) and money are accepted.

Provides a Christmas toy giving program for children of low income families. Also accepts donations of new toys.

Accepts referrals from local non-profits for families who need help with holiday gifts, and matches these referrals with volunteers who will purchase gifts for the family. This program is a collaboration between Interfaith Caregivers and the Salvation Army of Olean, and clients can contact either organization to be served.
