Offers Home Health Aids (HHA'S) Personal Care Aids (PCA'S), and companion care services throughout Nassau County. Services are provided on an hourly basis through private pay, long term care insurance, Office of the Aging, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, Managed Long Term Care (MLTC), and Mainstream Managed Care (MCO) programs.

HCBS services are for children and youth who need extra care at home/in the community, want to avoid going to the hospital or a long term facility, need support as they work toward goals and achievements, need personal, flexible services to meet the health, mental health, substance use treatment and/or developmental needs.

Offers a variety of home care services through home health aides, personal care, home nursing (RNs and LPNs), physical, occupational and speech therapy to anyone who may requires support due to age, illness, injury or disability.
