Offers eligible individuals support both in their own home, as well as the community. They are offered to enhance the individual’s daily activity through structured, individualized support. Provided under the guidance of the NYS Department of Health.

Performs skilled personal care and homemaking services for those recuperating from acute illness or a disability. Each case is overseen by a registered nurse and services are tailored to meet each client's individualized needs.

Offer the services of professionally trained, certified Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides, and Housekeepers, regularly supervised by a Registered Nurse. Services include an initial nursing assessment and personal care assistance, respite for caregivers, assistance to appointments, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Services are provided in the homes of recently discharged hospital patients, elderly individuals and people with disabilities, among others. A NYS licensed home health care agency.

Provides friendly visiting services, help with shopping and errands, and occasional household chores. Household chores does not include minor home repairs. Offers non-emergency medical transportation to seniors for in-town medical appointments in Bath.

Provides skilled nurses and home health aides to meet a variety of medical and personal home health needs. Care is available in the home, nursing home, or hospital from one hour up to 24 hours per day depending on need, and availability.

Facilitates temporary home and housekeeping care services, to a family where one of the parents is going through a major medical crisis. Services include meals on chemo days, laundry services (up to 100 lbs), and light house cleaning, and is provided by local businesses and volunteers. Services are temporary and is re-evaluated every 3 months.

Provides non-medical support services for the frail elderly patients, including case management services, helps with entitlements, subsidized housekeeping, bed and bath program, and running errands.

Southampton Town provides services through the Dominican Sisters Family Health Services. These are programs that provide services for seniors who need assistance with cleaning, shopping, laundry, errands, and friendly visiting.

Provides care for seniors and the physically challenged offering assistance with daily living, medication management, protective oversight, light housekeeping, socialization and transportation to appointments.

Provides Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide/Housekeeping services to help individuals live at home independently and with dignity. Also assists people with any and all aspects of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, health-related tasks, and environmental support such as housekeeping and errands.

Offers help with errands, paperwork and de-cluttering management, computer/electronic technology services, household tasks, garden help, pet or plant care, and light home maintenance. Also provides consultation if more daily living care is necessary, along with referrals to resources in the community that may be needed.

Provides free voluntary assistance to older adults (over 60 yrs): transportation, shopping, friendly visits, light housekeeping and yard work.

Provides non-medical services needed to enable older persons to remain at home, delaying care in long-term facility or nursing home.

Home delivered meals are available to seniors unable to get to the dining centers. Transportation is also provided to the dining centers, shopping assistance, information and referral services, and recreational activities. College and high school students offer assistance to senior residents (65+) in the towns of Owego and Apalachin on a designated Saturday in the spring. Contact Sr. Mary for sign-up. Volunteers rake leaves, complete other outdoor yardwork, wash windows, inside and out (first floor only), do interior cleaning, vacuuming, etc.

Provides personal care, housekeeping/chore services, and case management for the frail elderly.
