Offers a nine-month leadership development program, with three main components: Finding Your Passion, Nonprofit Learning and Executive Leadership Development. The curriculum also provides a thorough understanding of nonprofit board responsibilities and key management tools to help graduates become a valuable resource for a nonprofit. After completing the program, graduates have the capability to be highly-skilled leaders to assume positions of influence and impact, particularly as board members for nonprofit agencies.

Offers girls ages 5-17 years old and residing in Suffolk County the opportunity to participate in girl scout troops. Troop programs are educational and recreational based activities.

Offers a program that is designed to provide HR practitioners with the necessary knowledge to make informed management and policy decisions. Certificate credits may also be used to fulfill requirements in either the Master of Science in Human Resource Management or Master of Arts in Liberal Studies program offered through the School of Professional Development, or the Master of Business Administration offered through the College of Business. (Be advised that not all courses count for both programs. Students should compare the degree and certificate requirements prior to enrolling.) Summer programs include youth employment, leisure time and recreational/cultural activities. Also offers a Martial Arts Program, career explorations, Martin Luther King Scholarship which is given annually to deserving students, and the Kearse Soccer Clinic. Year round individual and family counseling offered. Tutorial and homework assistance is also available as well as workshops on substance prevention, underage drinking, teenage pregnancy, and HIV/AIDS.

Offers a school exchange program that matches students at seven Syracuse city schools with those attending seven suburban high schools and middle schools to participate in facilitated dialogue sessions that aim to break down racial and ethnic stereotypes and build bridges of understanding.
