Provides a comprehensive, 3-part recovery oriented program for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Goals for individuals in the program are to: improve functioning, reduce inpatient utilization, reduce emergency services, reduce contact with the criminal justice system, increase employment, attain higher levels of education, and secure preferred housing.

Works with dads--biological fathers, adoptive fathers, father figures, and grandfathers--of children up to 24 years old. Provides life skills training, life coach services, employability skills training, parenting skills training, 24/7 DADS class, and MoneySmart program to benefit dads. Works with dads both in the community and in incarceration. Incentives are provided to complete the training.

The PDM helps to bridge the gap between where a person is and where they want to be by assisting with problem solving, decision making, and goal attainment in daily life. This is a transitional, three to six month program that focuses on skill-building with an emphasis on community integration.

Offers an innovative day services program that coordinates a comprehensive set of services to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to live and work as independently as possible in their communities based upon their needs and interests. Participants may receive training in daily living skills such as, but not limited to, healthy living, cooking, physical fitness, arts and crafts, socialization, music and self-advocacy. There also may be opportunities to participate in a volunteer community experiences to explore career options. Other supports include learning how to access safe and effective transportation within the communty and support to individuals attending community college.
