Receives and responds to all reports of child abuse and maltreatment on a 24-hour basis. CPS carries out the statutory mandates of protecting children and providing rehabilitative services to families.

Provides Intensive Case Management(ICM) for seriously disturbed children and youths, ages 5-17 years, who are having difficulty functioning in the community.
