Helps locate and engage caring adults to create lifetime networks for disconnected youth.

Provides in-home supportive outreach for families who are at risk of losing their children to foster care or are attempting to reunite with their children. Offers in-home support for a minimum of one hour per week, advocacy for the family, assistance in accessing other services, and parent education workshops.

Provides detailed information about adoptions and New York State's foster care system and the needs of children in temporary out-of-home placement. Helps interested individuals go through the fostering or adoption process and provides information and supports for families with foster or adopted children in the home.

Staff work with families, when appropriate, to address conditions which adversely affect a child's care. Staff work with families directly, and coordinate services with community resources to improve family conditions. Provides supportive and/or rehabilitative services to families with children who are at risk, while ensuring safety and permanence for children. Also is responsible for the provision of child protective services, foster care and adoption services.

Provides a highly structured, nurturing, corrective experience for males, ages 12-16, who have serious adjustment difficulties. Assists in educational, social and coping skills for reunification with family and community. Special programs for hard to place juvenile delinquents.

Provides temporary care to children who are unable to remain with their family. Caseworkers provide the services and support necessary to reunite the family. If a child cannot safely to return to their family, the agency works to develop a permanent plan for the child.

Provides a supervised visitation and parent education program for parents with children in foster care. Provides parents with skills they need so that they can safely and competently care for their children.

Works with parents and children in their homes to help remedy problems and coordinate services to eliminate the need for out-of-home placement of children. Also works with children in foster care and birth parents to reunite the family if possible.
