Provides social, recreational, and respite opportunities to individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability who live with a family member. Social/recreational programs are available for adults and youth. An after school program at Canton Central School serves individuals with special needs, ranging in age from 12 to 22 years.

Supports adults with developmental disabilities who live with family to access and participate in recreational activities during the evenings and weekends. Activities include attending community festivals, site-seeing trips, craft groups, and agency-sponsored dances.

Offers residential habilitation, day habilitation, service coordination, and respite services to people with developmental disabilities.

Provides a free standing respite program for developmentally disabled individuals of any age. An individual may stay for as little as an hour to up to 30 days.

Provides children and families with a short-term break away to support family relationships or to avert a future need for more intensive care. Respite stays can be on a scheduled or emergency basis for up to 21 days.

* Offers a program for children coping with complex medical conditions and special health care needs. Its interdisciplinary program incorporates pediatric nursing services, early intervention and preschool special education services, and daily group educational enrichment programs designed to help children whose early learning has been disrupted by hospitalization and medical treatments.

* Provides short-term, temporary relief to those who are caring for family members with disabilities. Temporary housing placement on a planned or emergency basis in Cayuga and Tompkins Counties.

* Provides services to families who have children with developmental disabilities. Arranges for assistance to families needing respite, crisis intervention, recreation, family member training, informal counseling, referrals, advocacy and other inter-disciplinary specialized services.

Provides emergency shelter for youth ages 16 to 24 years up to 30 days. Offers case management, needs assessment and linkage to education and employment services.

The Wilkinson Adult Day Health Center is a community-based long term care program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Clients are provided with the medical and social services they need to remain home and part of the community. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the health care needs of chronically ill, frail elderly, and disabled adults who require certain primary, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative or palliative services.

To offer safe, home-like housing for patients' families during medical care in the Triple Cities: Lourdes Hospital, (UHS) Wilson Hospital, and Binghamton General Hospital, local nursing homes, Broome Developmental Center, and Greater Binghamton Health Center. Also serves out-patients seeking respite or housing during treatment phases of medical care.

Offers many different types of services ranging from personal care assistance to nursing services, as well as physical therapy.

Provides a nurturing environment that promotes learning and encourages young children with developmental delays utilizing comprehensive evaluations, early intervention treatment, and preschool services.

Offers residential habilitation, day habilitation, service coordination, and respite services to people with developmental disabilities.

Provides assistance to help older adults ages 60 and older who are not Medicaid eligible and their families delay or avert costly and premature placement in nursing facilities. Services include case management services and non-medical supportive services which can include aide service for light housekeeping and personal care as well as respite. A consumer directly model, where the care receiver hires someone they know, is also offered.

The Eddy offers respite care, or short-term scheduled stays, where individuals can be cared for temporarily at an enriched housing/assisted living facility, a day center or nursing home.

* Provides coordination of services to families of youth with behavioral health needs.

* Provides caregiver services for developmentally disabled individuals living with family to provide a break. Respite may be provided at a site or in a family's own home.

* Offers an adult care facility that provides: 24 hour supervision, housekeeping, laundry, medication assistance, case management, meals. Respite bed care.

* Provides music therapy, community music classes and music lessons for the community.

• Music classes for kids battling cancer, their siblings and breast cancer patients are free.

Provides planned respite services to adults with developmental disabilities.
