Adult Medical Day Care Program provides adult day care and respite services. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at the Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus.

Offers full continuum of care for seniors 65+ yrs. Independent Living Adult Care Personal Care Assisted Living Short-Term Rehabilitation Skilled Nursing Memory Care

Provides emergency shelter for youth ages 16 to 24 years up to 30 days. Offers case management, needs assessment and linkage to education and employment services.

Fall-Spring Family Programs provide respite needs while spreading the mission of health and happiness to children and families. Weekends include: Diabetes weekend, an Oncology camp for women, and an Autism weekend. Activities such as the ropes course, swimming, boating and other team building activities are offered.

Provides activities for children and adolescents ages 17 years and younger with an emotional, social and/or behavioral disorder. Offers respite to children of adults with a psychiatric disability.

*Adult Programs:

• Education Support Services - assistance to individuals who want to start to return to school
• Pre-vocational Services - Time-limited services that prepare individuals for paid or unpaid employment
• Intensive Supported Employment - Assists recovering individuals to obtain and maintain competitive employment
• Ongoing Supported Employment - Supported provided to individuals after they have successfully obtained employment
• Family Support and Training - Enhances the skills of family members and supporters so they can support the recovery of a family member with behavioral health issues.

*Children and Youth Services:

• Community Habilitation - assistance with learning social and daily living skills, and health related tasks and participate in community activities
• Day Habilitation - assistance with learning social and daily living skills such as building relationships, cooking and communication skills
• Caregiver/Family Support - Training and education for families and caregivers to make informed and empowered choices
• Community Self Advocacy Training and Support - Assistance to understand developmental, medical, mental health, and/or substance use needs; assistance with difficulties while participating in community activities; self-advocacy training
• Prevocational Services - learn skills to help get ready for paid work or volunteer work
• Supported Employment - ongoing support while getting a job and while working
• Planned Respite Services - provide short term relief for families/caregivers and support the child

Recreational program during the Winter and Spring school breaks (subject to scheduling). This program is for developing and disabled children ages 5-12, which includes music, art, group activities, outdoor play. This program also works with working parents and is a safe, nurturing environment for their children during the school vacation.

Recreational respite program for children with disabilities and their siblings. Children are provided an opportunity to participate in activities that combine adaptive games, physical activities, and creative movement in order to promote interactions between non-disabled siblings and children with developmental disabilities.
