The Wilkinson Adult Day Health Center is a community-based long term care program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Clients are provided with the medical and social services they need to remain home and part of the community. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the health care needs of chronically ill, frail elderly, and disabled adults who require certain primary, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative or palliative services.

Offers a full range of rehabilitation services including post-surgical recovery, dialysis, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, cardiac care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, pain management and Speech Therapy. Following the course of care, each patient is evaluated to determine their ability to continue living alone or with loved ones. Most rehabilitation patients return to their own homes or a Supported Living site following recovery.
