Provides "on the street" services to Long Island's unsheltered persons in need. Trained members offer crisis intervention and referrals for essential services, including emergency housing. Team members also distribute kits with clothes, non-perishable foods, blankets, and toiletries to individuals living on the street. Street Outreach engage youth in their environment offering basic survival needs such as food, clothing, hygiene products, and access to emergency shelter as well as referrals, intervention, and exposure to positive adult role models. The purpose of Street Outreach is to aid youth in making positive decisions in their own lives to remain happy, healthy, and contributing members of society.

Services include outreach, case management, and assistance obtaining VA and other benefits. Provides time-limited payments to third parties, such as landlords, utility companies, moving and storage companies, and child care providers, if those payments can help Veteran families stay in or obtain permanent, sustainable housing.
