Daytime programming includes breakfast, lunch, take-home food, exercise, field trips, transportation services, health and wellness information, assistance with senior benefits/issues, recreation and cultural activities, technology classes, workshops, and referral services.
Also offers an emergency food pantry, open to residents living in zip code 14204. All services are operated and managed by seniors.

Provides therapeutic ice skating lessons for the disabled of all ages. Lessons are held weekly and culminate in an annual ice show which all students perform in. Lessons are held in 4 different locations, 7 days a week. Skates, helmets, and walkers are provided for skaters.
Also offers adaptive ice hockey available for current SABAH athletes who can skate independently, turf summer sport programs, recreational ice skating in the summer, and the Fit and Fun program which provides a physical education program for adults challenged by disabilities.

Camp Aspire - American Diabetes Association
A camp for children diagnosed with diabetes. Provides an opportunity for children and teens with diabetes to meet others who face the same challenge, and offers respite from daily demands for the family. Offers a chance for campers to learn/improve their self-management skills in a supervised setting where campers can feel at ease and "accepted" in a community where having diabetes is the rule, not the exception. Need-Based Financial Aid available.
Offers two separate week-long sessions per year: Session 1 for ages 13-17 and Session 2 for ages 7-12. Camp is held at the Rochester Rotary Sunshine Campus in Rush, NY. Camp grounds include an Olympic size swimming pool, nature trails, athletic fields, and a fishing pond. Activities include: rock wall with zip line, tree house, arts and crafts, drama, music, and a splash pad.
